This 3 bedroom / 2 bath residence on the 6th floor of a the 10 story Waterpointe 1 tower which is located in the Windy Hill Beach section of North Myrtle Beach South Carolina. All units at Waterpointe 1 face the ocean directly and you can be walking in the ocean in less than five minutes.

Considered by many to be the most family friendly section of coastline in the area, Windy Hill Beach is located on a section of North Ocean Blvd which dead ends. The result is a low traffic area where there are no retail outlets, bars, restaurants, etc. which makes it safe for children and adults of all ages. Despite being tucked away in it's own little area, guests are only a 1 mile walk to Barefoot Landing home of shopping, restaurants, and live entertainment. Windy Hills centralized location makes it just a short drive to all North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach has to offer including golf, miniature golf, go-carts, shopping, restaurants, and numerous live entertainment options.
