The condo was in a great location that is convenient to many restaurants. We really enjoyed being on the first floor and had a beautiful view. It was great having 3 full baths which worked well for us since we had 3 couples in our group.
We were very pleased with this condo. Our family of 5 had plenty of room, it was beautifully decorated, and pet-friendly. Check-in and instructions were very easy. You do have to walk upstairs to get to the condo but it is not many steps at all. When we arrived, we noticed that we didn't have enough towels. I let them know and we had towels brought out in just a few minutes. I would recommend renting from Happy Crab Vacations.
From the moment we arrived to checkout, it was a great experience. We had 7 adults and 2 toddlers, for 3 nights. We were on the 1st floor, so just a short walk to the beach and pool area. The kitchen had everything we needed to make it like home. We didn’t have to communicate with anyone during our stay.
Happy Crab Vacations had exactly what I was looking for, a beach front, dog friendly condo. I called Randy before booking. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The unit was perfect, just as pictured and one mile from Barefoot Landing. We will be back next year. You can to book directly through them without all the extra fees charged by other websites.
The first thing I noticed when I got there was the picture window view from the kitchen and the bedroom. You could wake up to the view or just sit anywhere in the living room and look out at the ocean. It was very lovely especially since I have RA and can’t hardly walk. The condo was very nice, but if you are cooking it could use a few utensils, which most people probably wouldn’t use anyway. We all had a great time.
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

TRAVEL insurance is highly recommended. We will not be making refund exceptions outside of our cancellation policy. ID verification is required after reservation.
The check-in time is 4 PM, but if you need to arrive earlier, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in, depending on our reservations and cleaning schedule, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. If you have not arranged for an early check-in, please do not arrive before 4 PM as access to the door will not be available until your arranged check-in time.
The check-out time is 10 AM, and we request that you leave promptly to allow us enough time to prepare for the next guests. If you need a late check-out, please inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure, and we will try to accommodate your request, depending on availability and cleaning schedule, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. You have a 30-minute grace period to check out. If you haven't arranged for a late check-out and you're still on the property after the grace period, you will be charged $50, plus an additional $50 for every hour after the check-out time. If the property is not vacated by noon, you will be charged a fee equivalent to one day's rental.

Our driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. If you plan to bring additional cars, please let us know, as there's an overflow parking lot that's just a 5-minute walk away.
