Cancellation policy
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
RATES: Rental rates vary by property based on a variety of factors including location, amenities, condition (original/remodeled), age of accessories and accompaniments, and of course seasonal variations. OTA FEES: Another item that is often overlooked is booking fees charged by online travel agents, commonly referred to as an OTA. In many cases guests are unaware of these add-on costs. DISCOUNTS: Discounts are offered, with supporting documentation to our repeat guests, first responders, active military and military veterans. The amount of discount varies by season as well as occupancy levels.
